How are these tiers actually priced?
Tiers are revenue-banded suggestions rather than fixed licenses. Pricing is based on a fixed scope and is quoted after a 30-minute diagnostic. Starting prices reflect the lowest end of a typical installation for each band. Most engagements land within a documented range that we share during the call.
What does the 'core bundle' mean?
Each tier ships with a recommended set of infrastructure modules engineered to operate as one program at that revenue band. You can swap a core module for an add-on or remove one if it does not apply to your needs. Pricing adjusts accordingly because nothing is forced.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Every add-on is priced standalone and can be installed in 30 days. Most clients begin with the core bundle to prove the operating model and then layer in add-ons after the first quarterly review.
Is paid-media spend included?
No. All tiers exclude media spend, which is paid directly to Google, Meta, Connected TV and streaming platforms, and local placements through your own accounts. We never mark up media. Spend recommendations are sized against your capacity plan rather than a percentage target.
What about practices outside healthcare?
Rocklane is healthcare-only by design. We do not take work outside dental, surgical, dermatology, med-spa, mental health, concierge, DPC, vision, women's health, or other healthcare specialty categories.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments?
We do not. Engagements are scoped quarterly with a documented revenue checkpoint. If the checkpoint is missed and the cause is on our side, we extend the service at no additional fee until the goal is met. We believe that structure serves as the discount.
